Delamina Kitchen was set up by husband and wife team, Amir & Limor, to develop restaurants and venues inspired by Limor’s fusion Middle Eastern home cooking and upbringing in Tel Aviv. The focus is on grilling, roasting and using the herbs and spices of the region to celebrate the raw ingredients.

Limor was drawn to cooking by her interest in nutrition and belief that food should be healthy as well as tasty. Initially cooking for family and friends, Limor’s self-taught and intuitive approach, alongside her Middle Eastern heritage, result in recipes that are nutritious and with a unique flavour combination.

The spaces are designed by the owners to be informal and welcoming, reflecting their love of organic materials and the warm hospitality of their country of origin.
